I recently had Pascual and his team remodel my bathroom, and I am very impressed with the results. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Pascaul was just a text away, always ready to address any of my questions or on-site requests. He also provided fantastic ideas for both demolition and design, which greatly enhanced the final outcome. The team was respectful, thorough, and professional throughout the entire project. Special shoutouts to Luis, the main team lead, and Juve, the main tile installer. I have a specific way I like my tile layout, and Juve's work turned out absolutely beautiful. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but the pricing was also reasonable. They truly take care of their clients, making the entire process smooth and stress-free with communication. I would give 100 stars if they had it!!! I have used them a couple times to Sheetrock, texture, paint and remove popcorn ceiling! They also moved a door for me! When I say they are quick and do quality work, that is exactly what I mean! I will be using them for anything else I can! Also owner is very responsive and doesn’t hesitate to help or answer questions!!

We hired them to replace damaged drywall from water leak in garage. Responded with a timely quote which was very reasonable for the work done. Completed demo, install drywall, float and tape in one day and painted area the next day! They matched and provided the paint needed. Would recommend them! (newly painted; still drying)

We hired L.P Contractors to renovate our fixer-upper home and I was very pleased with the results. Initially I requested Pascal to come out and give me a quote for the floors, but his prices were reasonable enough to include floors, interior and exterior paint, removing walls, installing French doors, and lighting. The result is remarkable. One piece of advice that I learned about jumping into a large renovation like this, be ready with permits, paint choices, floor choices, door hinge choices, chandeliers etc. etc. etc. Have exact plans on what will happen and when it will happen. Make sure to inspect before they leave for the day. This company works fast. 🙌

Hired Pascual and team to lay vinyl flooring in half of my house (about 1,000 sq ft), including stairs. They were able to knock it out in about 3 days! Everyone was professional and did good work. Pascual would drop by every day to check in and make sure we were happy with everything which was much appreciated. They cleaned up very nicely at the end and hauled away all trash. Honestly, a very good experience from start to finish.

10/10. We wanted to do a complete renovation to our kitchen and living rooms. We wanted two walls torn out, recess lighting throughout, new flooring, and so much more. Pascual came by and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. Once we confirmed, the work was done immediately. Pascual took care of everything within the exact timeframe he quoted us. As it goes with anything, we wanted to make a few adjustments, and Pascual was extremely receptive and helpful. He was also honest with us, leading us to the best decision regarding our budget and vision. The work could not look better. LP Contractors truly changed our home for the better.
